The Gaisloch, which is a via ferrata in summer, freezes over in winter and forms this icefall with variations. A rather difficult icefall with a long ascent and steep approach terrain make it a particularly impressive experience.

A nice practice fall with some approach can be found above Schrambach. Good for the first steps on ice, but toprope is not possible as you cannot reach the trees from below. Abseiling is then possible via these.
